- Due to variations in toxicity and necessary precautions for handling animal health medications, follow the medication manufacturer’s recommendations regarding protective clothing, eye protection, and handling precautions for the specific medication being administered.
- Always handle veterinary medications with care.
- Keep the syringe as dry as possible; dry it if it gets wet. Do not submerge the syringe.
- Do not manipulate or remove screws from the casing, as this will void the warranty.
- The Smart Syringe is designed to use a 9V battery. It supports rechargeable lithium-ion and alkaline batteries.
- Do not expose batteries to fire. Store them in a clean and dry place.
- Do not dispose of batteries in fire, crush, puncture, or short-circuit them. Dispose of them according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
